This place will chew you up and spit you out - avoid at all costs
Pros
The people that I've worked with are nice and care about you (at least until it conflicts with their own priorities, then it's knives out)
Cons
The "bread and butter" of the company is a god-awful data platform for retailers that no one wants. Those that have it are constantly complaining about it - I honestly have no idea what the product team does all day, and the sales team is rolling a boulder up a hill To keep the lights on, there's a quasi-consulting arm for a client that does not use the data platform. You will do twice the work you would at a Big 4 firm for less than half the pay. No one has a clue what's going on, any efforts to communicate excess workload falls on deaf ears. Turnover in this department has been absolutely MINDBOGGLING. People who are more senior are constantly passing off busy work under the guise of "career development", and promotion opportunities are few and far between. It is a lean department where you will be overworked and have to shovel crap in four different places.
