Pros

Remote work is nice but you will only be looked at as a number

Cons

Entirely restructured executive team that doesn’t care about employees. Micro managed and squeezed out everything you have just so they can achieve revenue targets for the board

It's getting better.

Pros

Some of the best managers & coworkers I've ever had. Flexible remote work with decent benefits and bonus/raise opportunities. Current team seems committed to change and improvement and there's a great new President in US. Focus on prof services niche means there's still opportunity here.

Cons

Not enough team bonding or culture events. There was also really high turnover last year after leadership and strategy mistakes with core vendors and product. Product still needs improvement fast.

Pros

I made a couple of lovely friends, none of whom work their anymore.

Cons

This is one of the most bizarre places I have ever worked. It's a garbage white labeled product that no one actually needs. They hired and then fired a massive sales team in order to focus on channel sales. I could never figure out where revenue was actually coming from since they don't seem to do anything to actually encourage clients to use the product. While I was there, the culture of micromanagement was so deep that anyone who as creative or had a strong work ethic was deemed a liability. They constantly promoted ineffective sycophants while punishing and belittling people who genuinely wanted to improve and grow the business. I've never seen anything like it. They started token hiring incompetent people to look like a more diverse company, which was extra absurd since there were already plenty of brilliant women and people of color there who could have been promoted internally. If you are looking for a job there, run. If you are a potential investor, run. Just... run.
