Not a good company for employees for sure
Pros
Good exposure ;) as you will end up working for Minimum 10 to max of 15 hours a day & sometimes even on the Saturdays Good for freshers to start their hard work, not the smart work though ;) What else can be pro? If you stay near to company i.e Rajajinagar but you cant aford any rental house as well with the salary. But yes its a psotive point only if you stay with parents :)
Cons
10-15 hours of work without any break/change in routine. Non-technical managers who just care how much time you spent in an office HR who also doesn't care about the standards of the industry & ask for your marks cards original and keep it with them till you complete your Contract or try to blackmail using that. No good mentor around, most of the management team is non technical. I think its ok to join as fresher where you learn some work and get away ASAP.
