      -flexible hours -great management -great sales people who work hard -

      Cons

      -terrible decisions lead by inadequate SVP -poor leadership -the board rips off it's employees with a wacky commission plan. changes it throughout the year. -poor structure with the Account Industry leads -horrible office location -SVP has little media experience and zero people skills

      Pros

      Talented and passionate people in the Toronto office. Culture in Toronto evolved despite negative influences from Montreal. Autonomy. Good salary. Poor benefits.

      Cons

      Little support for Montreal leadership at all levels. No strategic direction or mission that is clearly communicated or executed. Centralization of resources in Quebec creates issues with Toronto management and ability to drive positive change. Extremely negative attitudes from Montreal - all levels of employees - on Toronto sales team, and Toronto advertising market - agencies and clients. In addition, fundamental lack of understanding of Toronto advertising marketplace, and advertising and media in general. Incredible Quebec arrogance that translates into an inability to generate positive success outside of Montreal.
