Pros

I've really enjoyed my time here over the last 90 days. The team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, and I feel like I've had the opportunity to contribute and learn a lot in such a short span of time. One of the things I appreciate most about this company is the strong focus on professional development which can be done through the various learning platforms the company provides. The company culture is also a highlight for me. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, and I have really enjoyed working with my colleagues. The company values are also clearly aligned with my own, and I feel proud to be a part of this team.

Cons

Honest speaking, nothing stands out as a con so far. There have been periods of work which are busier than usual but that is the case of most jobs. One area of improvement could be better documentation of processes which would make onboarding of new employees easier. However I have noticed that efforts are being made to move in that direction - it is still a work in progress.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave this fantastic review! We are glad to hear that you’ve been having a great experience with Quantive and find yourself aligned with our values. We’re happy to know that you are utilizing the resources we have available to further develop your skills. We are committed to helping our team continue to level up, and it’s reassuring to know it’s being felt at all levels. Thanks for the feedback on our onboarding process and documentation. Our People Ops team recently revamped and updated all of our documentation to better introduce new hires to our company and our current product offerings, and our teams are actively working to improve their own process documentation and team workspaces. Introducing Coda has been huge and we’ve seen a lot more knowledge documentation and sharing. We’re hopeful all of this has a positive effect on the new hire experience and the ease of getting up and running in a new role/team/company. Thank you again for for the kind words and suggestions. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any additional or suggestions on how we can continue to better support the team. Best, Tomas, People Operations

Pros

Visibility across teams to build cross departmental alignment to get more done as a team. Data, data and more data with the ability to make the most of it. Automation, makes live easy for users.

Cons

For OKR starters it's a pro-move, but if you're ready and committed, you can do it.
