Pros
Co-workers were all great and my schedule was flexible to meet my needs.
Cons
Due to industry slowdown and insufficient business, layoffs ensued and the company re-organized, forcing many to leave and other positions going un-replaced through attrition, and altered job function requirements.

No new jobs to work on, executive management is not trustworthy, unorganized organization, no direction, no incentives given to stay with the company, unable to attract new and intelligent talent.
