      Great location, terrible management, no leaders

      Pros

      Nice building, walking distance to downtown Kent. The CEO (who is gone 99% of the time) and the people who actually do the work that holds this house of cards together

      Cons

      Everything else, bad management, soso benefits, below market pay, no real training, management doesn't understand how to manage motivate or listen. Get everything in writing because they lie ALLOOOTT!!

      Pros

      Can be a good job to get your foot in the door in IT or to get some experience in a specific field. Can have some potential for career growth - emphasis on potential. Pay is alright - I would approach as more for getting started in the field more so than getting paid right.

      Cons

      Can be rather overwhelming. MSPs make money but doing the most with the least. The workload will be rather substantial and you'll likely feel you're constantly treading water. Management can be bad about favoritism too - some people are expected to have full time sheets and be on the phone all day while others get to build magic the gathering decks or watch youtube all day

      Truly, can't think of any pros, other than it serving as a source of income.

      Cons

      Many. Stereotypical stuff you'd find at a tiny, family-owned business.
