      - no micromanaging - competitive wages - great health insurance/low deductible - annual raises - pays for required certifications - $1000/yr towards furthering education

      Cons

      - recent payroll issues - don't really feel like you're part of a team - they keep buying new companies and integrating them feels a bit unorganized

      QES allowed me to manage my other responsibilities by letting the employees pick when they wanted to work.

      The pay was kind of low, but honestly the job isn't hard.
