      🤔 I’m seriously drawing a blank for this section.

      Cons

      Pinnacle Dermatology bought Qualderm Partners to rebrand their horrible company’s reputation and managed to ruin Qualderm’s good name and core values within the first year. This private equity firm cares about one thing, PROFIT. Patient care and employee satisfaction isn’t important to the greedy, callous, and unqualified administration running these healthcare practices.

      I can’t think of one.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. You have high stress, pressure, and a high workload, for terrible pay. I could make a lot more waitressing. Chipotle has the same starting pay as Qualderm Partners. You’re encouraged to sell products and services but do not receive commission. The providers make commission from your sales, even if they weren’t the ones who suggested the product or service. You have to train new employees, though it was not in the job description. You do not receive a wage increase for taking on a trainers role.

      The majority of our remaining providers are phenomenal.

      Cons

      Management gets to choose who stays home without pay when they can’t drive 2 hours from home to work at another office last minute. Management is completely unchecked and acts fully off of emotion and retaliation. Providers and clinical staff are leaving in droves without any acknowledgment from upper management. Pay is mediocre at best.
