They hire immigrants and they have a very diverse non-management staff, mostly composed of kind, talented individuals.
Cons
Who needs to offshore their business when they can hire using the U.S. visa application process right here in NYC at 60% or less industry wages. It's not only cheap, it's also a captive labor pool, as they are sponsoring a good percentage of their employees' green cards and thus those employees are legally barred from obtaining other jobs.
