Pros
- Very interesting product, which contributes to the progress of medicine - A small company with a strong impact - Remote work accepted
Cons
- Very few benefits for employees: below-market salary, austere offices, no luncheon vouchers, no RTT - Start-up without the "fun" side: very few teambuilding & afterwork sessions (which employees have to pay with their own money) - Little thankfulness from the management - A lot of pressure coming from some company's managers - No clear culture and values: it is not encouraged (neither discouraged) to be empathic, benevolent and open-minded. Some people are and others aren't, and it doesn't seem to be a problem. There is no promotion for diversity within the teams.
