69 poor reviews for a nothing company? What does that tell ya?

Pros

Some of the people were "normal" hard working people needing a check. Ethical and good people

Cons

Everything else. Con is the right word. BTW, we were ask to submit something nice to say about the CEO. No one were willing to say anything. Except certain people "had to comment" for fear of losing their position. BTW, there is a "hold" on granting ANY vacation for 5 months. You accrue it. Just cant use it. Yes it is legal.

Met some great people along the way, none of which still work here. Company offers good health benefits. That’s it

Cons

When hired you have to sign a non-disparagement agreement. So this is me not disparaging the company by saying the other one star reviews are accurate. The positive ones are clearly posted by company HR.

Pros

Everybody who works there knows what a insane, crazy, micro-manager the owner is and you can confide with each other about how awful it is to work for him.

Cons

I would simply agree with the other review on here that asks how can a company with only 20 employees have this many positive reviews? Never disagree with the owner. He is god and all-knowing. You are his minion.
