Pros
Office location is central and parking is easy and close. Some employees are enjoyable. The owner is nice.
Cons
Management doesn't communicate well, Training is chaotic. Your taught to do things, but if anyone pushes back -management will immediately fold making you lose credibility. The job itself is pretty standard and easy to learn, but the office dynamics are a nightmare. Employees are micro managed and berated. You'll need to be a mind reader to succeed at this company.
