Pros
At first they will offer you a very big salary but after that you will use this money to see your doctor.
Cons
They use you in a bad way they write a vague job description in the contract so that you can do the job of more than one employee within different departments. I suffered from a clear racism, they really have a toxic environment. They can deduct half of your salary without a clear reason and without having any metrics. This is a family business so they are very bad managers but they are managers because they are a business owners. Regardless to how hard you work and how skilled you are if they don’t love you so you whatever you will do will not be enough and instead of getting promoted you will be treated in a very bad way.
