      Pros

      People within the company are very friendly and will welcome you to the team.

      Cons

      The environment isn't family friendly. During my time there it was hard to leave for even a dental appointment. If you are working with the CEO beware that he wants you there when he is there 100% of the time. If you need to leave for any reason upper management won't understand.

      Overall good benefits. Great co-workers who are dedicated to performing their jobs well.

      Cons

      Very few cons. Occasional long hours but that is part of the industry and nothing I didn't know about going into the job.

      Majority of staff are good to work with and work hard

      Cons

      THE CEO - can't please him, involved in areas he shouldn't be, causes most of the drama, expectations too high. They say they are a christian based company, but once you've been there awhile, you see that is all talk. Too much back stabbing goes on and this includes from the CEO himself....sad, just sad.......
