      The CEO was an incompetent bully. He constantly yelled and humiliated people in meetings. Never had a good grasp of the business.

      Had a technical advantage over competitors and a leading product Fair compensation

      Cons

      - Innovation and development was too slow - Poor leadership lacking any credibility with no industry or product knowledge "steering" the company. - Financial uncertainty and failing sales strategy - All main contributors to the initial success and positive guidance of the company have left .

      Nice office, free snacks and coffee.

      Cons

      Manipulative and egotistical leadership driving a rickety shambling corpse of a company into the ground while trying to look like an industry-leading tech provider. Underqualified management hired and promoted through personal friendships and boot-licking which has driven away most of the real talent.
