Excellent training. Great corporate culture gave us the day off to vote! Gave us and spouse extra $$ to get vaccinated during covid.

Cons

I watched people get let go for very little reason. They let people go just to make their numbers look better. Then 3 months later have a bunch of spots they want to fill.

Competitive salary. Solid suite of benefits. Great place to learn the industry. After you do it here you can do it anywhere. Management’s style was flexible, giving autonomy to pave your own way, which was great for personal growth. Interesting and rewarding work for the most part. Opportunity to make large impact on the business. Hybrid work schedule if applicable to your role helped w/ work life balance. Generally good attitudes and people all around the company.

Cons

Inefficient applications and software could hold some back from their full potential. Managing so many relationships comes with drama.
