      Pros

      Very good and helpful co-workers. That was the best part of my employment. I also used to enjoy the flexibility of work hrs..but that did not came free...need a pound of my flesh every time..

      Cons

      I was in mechanical design dept, which is headed by people who think they own the place, ZERO professionalism and NILL work ethics.

      health and dental benefits, flexible work hours, good cafeteria, large outdoor parking, a large park in walking distance, salary is paid on time, good trash removal

      Cons

      company is going through a chaotic restructuring process, many rounds of lay-offs, people are fired without being given a reason or people are fired because they not spending sufficient time on social media(! yes this is required by the new CEO), morale is low, desks are becoming smaller and the environment noisier,
