Most of the people who work there are extremely committed to bringing the former wireless powerhouse back to its former glory. Great people.

Cons

Unfortunately, people's dedication and commitment is squashed by terrible leadership that constantly changes direction.

Micromanagement with constant monitoring, and unknown informers reporting your actions. Poor project management—tasks are changed midway, affecting focus and interest. Policies differ from actual practice, often impacting growth unfairly. Low salary hikes, usually favoring select employees. Job security feels unstable. Poor work-life balance with frequent late nights during releases. Infrastructure is also below expectations. Consider other options if available.
