      Pros

      Fairly low stress. Good insurance carriers to work with. Nice office.

      Cons

      The upper management which are friends of the owner which happens to be all female arent the best and doesn't treat everyone equally. Very little help or training. They tried to expand to another state but seemed to have failed as it's not mentioned anymore. Weekly meetings are many times rescheduled or a waste of time.

      The women who runs it for the owner is the worst. If you want to be treated like a child apply here. This company pays about 15 % below market value and you only get 20 paid vacation days..... not great value the women who makes decisions for the owner is taking the company in the wrong direction. She will follow you on social media even on you day off. She will watch your time constantly. She will be the demise of this company. Once someone quite and they put all if their personal belongs in the hallway....
