      Good company to work for, with decent renumeration.

      Cons

      Lots of travel to support CMs, leaving insufficient time for role admin functions like team 121s , appraisals, and personal training and development. Insufficient senior management support despite requests. Company culture-Unprofessional behaviour from some seem to be excused, even encouraged.
