      Challenging problems. Great co-workers that help you develop your skills. A dynamic environment that keeps you engaged. Great leadership that is very adaptive to any changes.

      Cons

      infrequently, but it does happen, get pulled many directions at one time.

      Exceptionally skilled employees who really know their areas well - from sales functions to R&D, they have really hired the best of the best, which just keeps attracting more of the best. If you're joining in a senior role, know that you'll instantly respect and appreciate your peers and receive that same appreciation in return. Junior team members are welcomed, mentored and given room to grow based on ambitions and curiosity. Their tech stack is top-notch & cutting edge - keeping it fun, low friction , and fertile ground for

      - Blackboard markers dried out. - Walking distance to Clark Burger, Nando's, Taco Fiesta, Dinosaur Bar-b-Que and Amazon's Food Dispenser (Whole Foods)...watch waistline.

      Pros

      There really aren’t any pros working for this company.

      Cons

      All I can say is stay away. This company is ran so poorly that in my opinion it’s only a matter of time before they are bankrupt. Maybe they can find a buyer? Maybe they can get more funding? Who knows but I definitely wouldn’t take a bet on this company being successful anytime soon.
