Pros

Fun place, great team work, hard working people, dedicated people, plenty of hours, optional overtime, full-time, full benefits packages, annual company parties and outings, lunch provided monthly, weekly long lunches, wear jeans and comfortable shirts, great swag, free coffee, and more!

Cons

ProtectCELL was just purchased by a larger company so some freedoms have been lost. Health benefits are a little more expensive but still competitive. vending machines will take over Costco runs. Personally (only my situation) salary is definitely not competitive (a bit lower than industry standard for my job title) but is competitive in most other positions. Training is a little lacking, no proper training procedures are in place for the positions at the tech center.
