Pros

Not an organisation for faint hearted. Prospecta provides challenging opportunities at every stage with its global clientele. This organisation makes one grow at both functional & technical aspect.

Cons

Need to be more process oriented.

Pros

Good exposure only for their products which would never be used outside if you switch later. Good for people who doesn't have anything else in hand. You become a hardworker because you work on saturday and sunday as well, and after going home in evening(if you go) you work from home.

Cons

Salaries don't come on time.They can fire you any day without prior information.Treat you like labors not employee. Doesnt even provide a tea/coffee for the people coming extra on Saturday sunday, lunch to door ki baat h!

Pros

Such a great product. Talented and hardworking team.

Cons

Company lacks all of the fundamentals to support employees in their work - there is no induction, training, documented processes, org charts, regular or scheduled communication. The CEO is impulsive and regularly executes sharp changes in the direction of the company and products, resulting in a lot of wasted effort and money. Staff are thrown into situations with no briefing, support and sometimes no experience and expected to figure it out as they go, receiving unpleasant and unprofessional texts, emails and calls along the way. Delivery team members often work excessive hours and get little recognition or compensation for their efforts. There is little oversight or planning with senior staff, resulting in an environment that feels chaotic.
