Pros

Extremely friendly staff, very forgiving when mistakes were made. Honest & fair. "Family" working environment - made it fun work daily. Although, I was the only warehouse worker at the time, the company made me feel like I had a team to work with and a team that supported me.

Cons

Some customers were difficult to handle, but the staff definitely knew how to give advice on how to manage.

Very fun work environment, not as hectic as a retail one but allows you to make more of an impact by working with specific businesses as Account Managers.

Cons

Since ProSource is not a stocking dealer, there are some customers you will simply be unable to help - the service isn't for everyone. Depending on where you work, you'll do a lot of prospecting in your first year and it may take several years before many of them start to bear significant fruit.

Love working for Prosource, I have been in the flooring industry for 14 years and have worked for a few stores. Prosource is a great company to work for .

Cons

Most of the marketing is done by National and isnt targeted locally . Besides that I cant complain :)
