      Pros

      Very fun work environment, not as hectic as a retail one but allows you to make more of an impact by working with specific businesses as Account Managers.

      Cons

      Since ProSource is not a stocking dealer, there are some customers you will simply be unable to help - the service isn't for everyone. Depending on where you work, you'll do a lot of prospecting in your first year and it may take several years before many of them start to bear significant fruit.

      No weekends and free snacks

      Cons

      Probably the most unprofessional place I have ever worked. There is no HR - meaning, anything is said or done with no recourse. Management talks behind everyone’s back, including other coworkers, the owners of that location and their own clients. Pay sucked because it was spent on other things instead of being invested back into their employees. It’s giving high school with all the gossip and cliques except it’s worse because it’s adults and they are the ones in charge of your livelihood.
