      Terrible company, great rigs

      Pros

      Great rigs, especially the new builds. Great equipment for the most part. Provided with a decent amount of spares and everything you needed to do the job. Comfortable living conditions on board, and for the most part great colleagues.

      Cons

      Management were an absolute disaster onshore, both Operations & HR. Ran almost exclusively by people who had little to no experience in their field or that was relevant to the senior position they now hold. Bullying culture on quite a few rigs that was reported numerous times by various people, nothing was done.

      Pros

      Excellent, highly skilled and competent offshore workforce.

      Cons

      Company management/directors blind to the fact that they are sacrificing their greatest asset (the experienced, competent and highly skilled workers) in an attempt to make the company "competitive". HR could not care less about the workforce either. They are too busy revelling in the fact that the offshore workforce is being decimated, especially the abhorrent pair in charge of the show in Aberdeen.
