Free food, sodas, coffee, beer Thursdays and team barbecues.

Cons

They asked for people to go back to the office in the middle of the highest case counts and when the local government asked businesses were not essential to work remotely, creating a risk not only to employees but to everyone else. Old school management, and lots of micromanaging. If you like office work, go for it.

They buy the competitors from around the world and dissolve the competitor's product, staff and the reputation to keep up with their product. I really like to see you going to ground.

Coworkers are friendly with a positive mindset.

Cons

Overworked, long hours, no appreciation, no promotions, no leniency on working from home, no direction, upper management throws you under the bus just to keep projects running even though they know they're not going to deliver - they just want to keep customers around to eventually sell the company and get it over with.
