      Refreshing & Liberating place to work (especially for anyone who's worked at a big 4 consultancy).

      Pros

      Great people and culture. Come up with an idea and you can make it happen. CEO very approachable and supportive. Training budget given with absolute discretion as to where you spend it. No performance evaluations - bonus depends on the Revenue and Profit margins of the company and not individual performance.

      Cons

      Although a flat hierarchy there are "Partners" who own the business (although these guys are very approachable). This is confusing and contrary to the flat "holocracy" peddled.

      Great Onboarding experience

      Pros

      A small company so you get to experience lots of different things that you may not get to experience in a big organisation. They have a great on boarding experience and the recruitment team make sure that you are aware of what is happening at regular intervals and make sure that you are happy with how things are progressing. The best I’ve ever experienced

      Cons

      By trying to be everything to all employees some decisions tend to take too long

      Great company with some very bright people

      * Excellent culture * Great training and benefits * Supportive managers * Not the usual consultancy-type firm environment * A flat structure where everyone has a voice and is encouraged to share views and ideas * Amazing HR/Recruitment team who put most companies to shame * Lots of internal work to get involved with if you wish * Great FS clients who actually like having us around! * Good work-life balance, career development, and opportunities
