      Pros

      Good healthcare insurance and the use of MacBooks.

      Cons

      One man show professionals shine here i.e. "jack of all, master of none" type. Middle management is extremely insecure creating problems for above average employees.

      - Great work environment. - Opportunities to lead projects with large spectrum of technologies in the BI space- from traditional TeraData EDW to leading edge Big Data. - If eager, one is able to grow faster than in traditional larger companies.

      As any consulting firms, there are times when the client's demands will require long hours.
