Pros

Everyone is really focused on the mission of supporting the clients so its great to be a part of. The management team has created a fun, friendly, supportive environment for staff. But working with the clients is definitely the best and most rewarding part of the job.

Cons

State budget restrictions.

Pros

Project Independence is like a second family. All the staff are super supportive and understanding and always available to help with any questions or concerns. It's a great company to grow with and the job is super rewarding. The clients are all wonderful and each day working with them is different from the next so you never get bored and always are learning new things.

Cons

All jobs have ups and downs but at Project Independence there are more ups than downs and the ups are worth the downs.

Pros

Well, I guess it's better than being Miley Cyrus.

Cons

I was supposed to get DSP certified within my first year of being hired and never was. The pay was very low and I worked 6-7 days per week, but started out as part-time. Not worth it.
