      Can't keep up with itself

      Pros

      The mission is pretty great, the work is incredible, and the people are pretty great.

      Cons

      Project HOME is moving and growing too fast and they can't seem to keep up with all of it. They start programs when they aren't fully staffed or when they don't have all the resources and it suffers.

      Pros

      Valuable mission and work, dedicated staff and supportive management, great reputation throughout Philadelphia.

      Cons

      Organization is growing at a rapid rate; while this is a good thing, the organization is experiencing growing pains. Policies and procedures change extremely frequently, you're never really sure who to contact when you need something done (because of all of the changes).

      They do great work, but work their employees way to hard and don't compensate accordingly

      Pros

      Great work for the city of Philadelphia and the mission is great, to end poverty and homelessness in Philadelphia. Most of the middle management and other regular staff is amazing.

      Cons

      They work you way to hard. if there is a job description, its outdated, and ever-changing. They make you wear many many hats and don't compensate you at a fair rate. probably the worst pay rates in the city of Philadelphia's non profit organizations, yet they run on a 20+million dollar budget
