Poor leadership at Philadelphia location
Pros
Telework (hybrid schedule) occasional free lunches
Cons
Telework is a "priviledge" that can be revoked without warning, or previously approved schedules can be changed suddenly. Oh, and that hybrid schedule is only offered after you complete 90 days probation (and fill out required paperwork, to be approved by leadership). Foster care leadership is frequently absent or difficult to reach. Training is very minimal (prepare to learn a lot about the company versus how to effectively do the job you were hired for). Goals set for licensing are unrealistic. Processes are unexplained, leading to employees needing to seek constant guidance from (absent/unresponsive) leadership. Your job duties can drastically change, without warning, without your input or consent (let alone salary re-negotiation). Prepare to work in an empty office for months, with minimal guidance from the onset. You may be expected to be on-call after hours and on weekends, and the schedule will change often.
