Pros

I honestly don’t know. The food is free? Thats about it.

Cons

Spyware on all laptops, an entire department dedicated to spying on employees and their personal lives reporting directly to the management. HR exists solely to confront employees about the info gathered by spying on them, best part they don’t even see anything wrong with it. They will drain you for every last drop of your talents by promising you “unmatched rewards”, then throw you in a corner or pressurise you till you quit. PLEASE choose any other option you have instead of working here.

Pros

Free Lunch, that's all to be honest

Cons

No work life balance you are expected to be available all the time putting your life on hold. No over time, the company promises a 9-6 a 9 hour workday, I've rarely left the office without atleast a 12 hour workday on average and 14 or 15 on a bad day. Severe Case of micromanagement in every department I've seen. No training, you are expected to hit the ground running without time to adjust to the environment or actually understand the workflow and it's reasoning. People are incapable of thinking outside the box. And are rarely knowledgeable in their fields. The company exploits fresh Graduates. Screens are monitored, floor presence is tracked there is no trust in the employees. Team leads only function on taking credit for every work they pawned off. And aren't at all receptive towards constructive criticism. Performance metrics aren't disclosed. No work from home opportunities. Salary is cut by the minute. They actually take written tests to evaluate skills Overall this workplace is hell

Pros

You’ll soon find yourself needing therapy after joining this toxic company

Cons

Deadlines are pure fantasy. No one cares if it’s humanly possible. Humiliation is normal. Managers openly embarrass you like it’s part of the job. HR treats you like you’re begging for scraps. Promises made during hiring? Forget them. Toxic management everywhere. Zero support, only pressure and blame. Only leads and seniors get real perks. Everyone else is invisible. Insane work pressure is just "how things are." Work-life balance doesn’t exist here. Work overtime for free. No thanks, no pay. You’re spied on constantly like a criminal. Leads humiliate you in front of teams without shame. No professionalism. Just power trips and politics. UK & USA head office is fed lies about the work culture here. If you don’t act like a robot, you're out. Gaslighting is daily. They break you down and blame you for it.
