      Management's Unreal Expectation from People Who Got a Poor Pay

      Pros

      When the management has unreal expectations, employees are too busy chasing the goals to seek positives. They don't have the time.

      Cons

      THE MANAGEMENT HAD UNREAL EXPECTATIONS FROM ALL EMPLOYEES. THE EMPLOYEES HAD TO ENDURE STRESSFUL, EXHAUSTING, AND BRUTAL HOURS OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR A RIDICULOUS PAY. IT PROVED TO BE THE TERRIBLE FOR THEIR WORK-LIFE BALANCE AND EVEN LED TO DEPRESSION IN SOME EMPLOYEES. When I realized that my mental health was at risk, too, and the top management had a careless attitude, I chose to leave. You can avoid the awful experience altogether.

      Uneasy and Trapped: President's Arbitrary Desicion-Making Wastes Company Resources

      Pros

      Despite the difficulties we've had with management, I've had the opportunity to work on some truly exciting and impactful projects here at the company. It's been a great learning experience, and I'm grateful for the chance to be a part of something bigger than myself.

      Cons

      During my time at the company, I observed that the President was often arbitrary in their decision-making process , which made me feel uneasy about the direction the company was heading in. I felt trapped in my position because I didn't want to be associated with the potential negative consequences of the President's actions. Furthermore, it was frustrating to see that some of the decisions made by the President appeared to be a waste of resources and time, which could have been used to more effectively towards achieving the company's goals.

      Poor pay and insane expectations

      Pros

      I am considering the pros but haven't come across any till now. It's hard to look for positive experiences when I recall a negative experience.

      Cons

      The pay was terrible. The top management didn't seem to believe in offering fair pay. They did seem to believe in getting their money's worth. They expect employees to work stressful, exhausting, and brutal hours for a job that pays so less. It was horrible. BEWARE!
