Pros

Recently, there really are none, prior to the merging there were a lot of great things about working at each of the individual companies. Since that point though it's been nothing but down hill.

Cons

Company culture has been decimated. They care so little about employees that have given years of their life to the original companies. I've never been so disrespected by people who I report to or are supposed to be leading the company in my life. Leadership, all of which were recently brought in, many of which from the same prior orgs, is in my opinion completely incapable of running the company. They don't understand the market their working in, they don't understand the customers and they absolutely do not understand the software. There is such a disconnect between the executive team and the rest of the company, it's like two different worlds. I could go on for paragraphs but I'll leave it at that. Stay far away from this company.

Lack of direction from Leadership ruins great products

Pros

Many of the day-to-day employees really care about what they do and the markets they serve. The software that has been acquired by the company to sell via multiple acquisitions is generally good.

Cons

Leadership on all levels is directionless, resulting in lackluster performance of their product portfolio and little/no innovation. Leadership is generally unknowledgeable of their customer markets, products, and what a day-in-the-life looks like for users of their software. Leadership is unwilling to take criticism about themselves or the company, but is quick to point fingers at day-to-day employees when failures occur.

Job cuts rampant

Pros

Unlimited PTO and laidback attitude

Cons

Three rounds of layoffs after merger, yet executives stay cozy. Three companies were doing well financially before the merger, but new leadership seems allergic to success. Steer clear unless you like uncertainty and low salary.
