Pros

The product itself has potential, and some team members were genuinely trying to make things work despite the chaos.

Cons

Terminated after 2 months for "missing meetings without notice" despite notifying them I was in the ER and would be OOO. Onboarding was virtually nonexistent, thrown into customer calls with zero training or context. Job description was completely inaccurate compared to actual responsibilities. Work-life balance doesn't exist here, expect meetings from 8am to 8pm regularly across multiple time zones with no consideration for your schedule. Management is disorganized and out of touch, my manager didn't even know how long I'd been with the company (thought I was 3 months in when it was actually 1 month) and criticized my performance based on that wrong timeline. No clear processes, constantly changing priorities, and zero support when you need it. If you get sick or have an emergency, don't expect any understanding or flexibility. They'll use it as an excuse to let you go regardless of your communication or performance.
