Pros

Flexible hours, work remotely, fast growing company. Great product, with constant development from a talented team. Fun environment and exciting company to work for.

Cons

Hours can be long from time to time, but no commuting time and flexibility makes up for the occasional long hours.

The only Pro was the possibility to work remotely

The product wasn't finished and ready to be sold at an Enterprise Level The strategy was doubtfully implemented by CEO Any request from the clients would be answered as: tell them it's on the roadmap but we don't have an ETA yet Promising to get features out by X time, but the deadline was never met, always 1-2 months late Ridiculous amount of nonsense meetings A Signup is not a LEAD it's just a signup to a free product that was mentioned in some blog or post Arrogance in knowing everything but lacking in basics of client relationship management Set clear internal processes first, teach what you preach!! Don't lie to people saying that your reps reach targets when they barely reach threshold, tell them the conversion ratio or sales figures
