Hi there— Thanks for your comments and we are sorry to hear your experience at Procede Software has not been entirely positive. Like we’ve mentioned in the past, our company has had some very rapid growth which may appear to some as “dysfunctional” at times… and we totally get it. Please know that as a current employee, there’s tons of opportunity to grow and be a voice to promote change across our company and we highly encourage it! Hi- Thanks for your feedback. We continue to work on refining our processes but do believe that we have some great leaders in house, ready to lead our business as we continue to expand and evolve. We do however, agree with you, that we have a fantastic group of people that work for us and have recently held small group sessions, to allow everyone to give us their feedback on things that work well and improvements that can be made.
