      Pros

      The wage was alright for a student, but still not worth it. That's all I can think of.

      On your feet all day, wage not worth the risk, other employees cut corners constantly, and so does management.

      Promotions available, offer tuition free education in areas of construction,

      Very hostile- do not offer 2nd chances if mistakes are made. Employees are expected to kiss management`s butt. They Do Not reach out to employees and offer communication.
