Pros
This company was just starting operations in Southern California when they hired me. I very much appreciated how the leadership consistently evolved operations. They have a knack for pivoting and building relationships with build partners.
Cons
I would have appreciated more in-house support, and I get my role became closer to branch manager than just PM. However- they were starting operations and I made an effort to assist in every aspect of the business, so that might be my fault.

Amazing company to work for, I love that the number one priority is the customers best interest. Also the treatment of their employees is outstanding from day one
