None really and I'm not just saying that. This startup is well funded and employees have a voice due to its small size. It's a startup so if hustling, helping, etc isn't for you, probably won't be a good fit. There is no hiding in a small group.
If you lack an accounting background (I did), you might feel a little stunted in how and what you contribute to the growth but both leaders of the company are happy to help and allow you time to learn. The sooner you learn QBO, watch the demos, etc, the better. It admittedly is a steeper learning curve compared to other SaaS solutions but I would argue worth it considering the growth and value in the FinTech arena of SaaS Sales.
