Pros

Really fair standard that all employees are held to, doesn't have the same company bias towards certain employees. Consistent competitive raises allow a reasonable income. All upper management are very professional and don't seem distant to reach out to. Offers opportunities to apply for PMP and other certificates which are paid off if a certain time period of employment is honored.

Cons

Initial offer made was low and had to be addressed later on wards. Travel can be very taxing and having any sort of personal relationships should be well thought out as it can be difficult to manage and maintain. Whilst promotions and movement in the company seem possible, it still feels the best way to have significant raises is to always be open to other job opportunities. Can become mundane as the work itself is not particularly engineering, this is expected as many jobs around the 2 year period seem stagnant.
