Pros

- Constantly rotating projects quells potential boredom - Flexible working hours and PTO - A good degree of freedom

Cons

- Pay is far below industry starting salary (“part of a growing business”) - High employee turnover due to reliance on interns - Employees are asked to leave favorable reviews on Glassdoor and publicize CEO on personal social media - Gossip is common - Management is rude to both interviewees and employees - No limit on working hours. Multiple instances of employees staying until 1am or later working on a last-minute project or being called up at early hours in the morning
