2yThis review is confusing/concerning. We prioritize safety for our clients and staff above all else. Safety is critical to creating an environment where growth and learning are possible. We agree that our schedules are designed to be flexible to meet the needs of staff, but we do take off all major holidays. Our pay is competitive and we regularly review all staff for pay adjustments.
