Pros

The people I work with are great to work with. The teams I'm involved with are amazing. The culture is really positive, it constantly challenges us to grow personally and professionally. Helping others and solving problems is a daily reality. It's pretty clear that the Leadership is really trying to make it a great place to work.

Cons

Growth is amazing, but can be hard as we scale up. Although it's being addressed, we don't have a very diverse staff yet.

Pros

Good people, best pay I could find in St. George

Cons

CEO is running this company into the ground. They claim to have values and make employees read and apply them but management lives by a different set of rules

Pros

Good people to work with. Disruptive technologies. Focus on cloud. New HQ building being built.

Cons

Something doesn't smell right. We're spending millions of dollars on a new building yet more and more quality people are leaving. Either we're letting them go or they're leaving on their own. Why? Makes me worried. What do they know that we don't? The list of experienced employees no longer at PrinterLogic is getting very long.
