Pros
Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits. Wonderful co-workers, but everything else about the work environment was very hit and miss.
Cons
Arbitrary and non-sensical limits on intradepartmental hiring: you cannot get a promotion within your department before working there for at least nine months, regardless of competency. Hiring someone from outside the company and training them from scratch is perfectly in order, however. Training resources were abysmal, probably due to drastic cost-cutting on key customer-facing departments such as technical support. That department also suffered from arbitary and irrelevant performance metrics.
