Has anyone been permitted to resign and how has that impacted your job search after? On a PIP as an IB analyst and I think they’re going to offer that as an option at the end of the period if not just discharge me (terminate). I’ve done everything I could and have improved, but it’s not enough by their unquantifiable standards.

Received a verbal offer approximately 6 months ago but position was put on hold indefinitely due to budget. Last communication with recruiter is that it’s possible to hear back in December/January. Has anyone had any luck being contacted back from a job that was placed on hold after receiving a verbal offer? Would you attempt to reach out to the recruiting team again for any kind of follow up?

The salary is fair. The are a lot of opportunity to learn new things and there is good teamwork amongst the staff.
With this job you are required to work very long hours with little opportunity for breaks. There are also limited opportunities for promotion.

Quite a busy environment with a lot of deadlines to meet its a good place for training.
The staff rewarding system was so demotivating yet there's too much work load with long hours of work required to meet deadlines.
