      Pros

      Team on the office floor are supportive and friendly, You can WFH two days a week.

      Cons

      - Very obstructive management. - Low pay and bad hours. - Breaks are unpaid. - The technology they use is ancient and constantly crashing. - The work itself is dull and under-stimulating. - You have to knock on the outside window to even get in the office. - Very authoritarian culture. Employee concerns are not valued.

      Very supportive management, and nice colleagues.

      Very boring, very under stimulating work and very bad pay for the awful hours required. Not many career opportunities from it.
