      * Good coworkers * Hybrid /remote * The product use cases have good potential uses cases that may drive green initiatives

      Cons

      * CEO doesn't seem engaged and isn't a good listener * Initiatives are poorly executed and planned * The product hasn't improved much for many years * For a startup, they are very slow, but this is due to poor management * Leadership has tendency to overpromise and underdeliver to customers
